As data keepers, we process personal data and information on behalf of our clients for the purpose of completing a project. Our retention period for data and other material such as images, templates, designs and other work created in the provision of services to you is 6 months except if you want us to keep your data for an extended period of time.

Any personal data supplied to us by you may be used for the express purposes for which that information is provided to us, to design, develop and manage your digital activities, to analyse and improve our services and communications to you, to process invoices to and payments from you and for any purposes related to or additional to the above or considered necessary for the purpose of carrying out and/or providing services under any other engagement agreement or other agreement entered between us and/or according to your instructions.
We also use your personal information to provide the services you require, with third parties (to the extend necessary and after letting you know) for the purpose of completing the services you require and your email address or return email addresses to respond to emails received for tech support, customer service and for any other reasonable reasons that will assist the completion of a task/project. These email addresses are not shared with outside parties for any, unrelated to your project, reason.
